ventilation (all windows and doors open for minimum 30 minutes)
cleaning pipes with running water (all taps, toilets, showers, sinks)
check of kitchen equipment (oven, fridge, electric induction hob, microwave, coffe machine, kettle ect.)
check of plumbing system (water leak, broken tap, hot water tank, drain is blocked

pests control (control for cockroaches, ants, mouse, rats)
quick cleaning in front of the house (to make it look like someone lives here)
control after heavy rain, (there is no moisture, wet walls, leaks), checking after every heavy rain
send gardener (if requested)
send swimming pool service (if requested)
water plants (if necessary)
24h availability on mobile
detailed email report with photos after each home visit

Inspection every 2 weeks or 1 a month.
